The world is heading towards an end, Jesus is coming—if you believe, put Amen.

1.Increased false teachings

(2 Timothy 4:3)

Examples:

• Pastors twisting

Scripture to fit culture

• Churches denying sin or hell

2.Love growing cold

(Matthew 24:12)

Examples:

• Increase in violent crimes

• Rising hate and division

3.Wars and rumors spread (Matthew 24:6)

Examples:

• Terrorism and cyber warfare fears

• Military buildups across nations

4.Natural disasters rising (Luke 21:11)

Examples:

• Global pandemics

• hurricanes and floods

5.Calling evil good (Isaiah 5:20)

 Examples:

 • Celebrating promiscuous lifestyles

 • Excusing corruption if it is “popular”

6.Lovers of self (2 Timothy 3:2)

 Examples:

 • A self-centred mindset

 • A sense of entitlement over gratitude

7.Scoffers of God's truth (2 Peter 3:3)

Examples:

• Mocking Christian values in films and television

• Denying creation, heaven, or hell

8.The gospel preached throughout the whole world (Matthew 24:14)

Examples:

• Growth of underground churches in persecuted nations

• Social media

God says: “The return of Jesus is a great salvation for those who are capable of accepting the truth, but for those who are unable to accept the truth it is a sign of condemnation. You should choose your own path, and should not blaspheme against the Holy Spirit and reject the truth. You should not be an ignorant and arrogant person, but someone who submits to the guidance of the Holy Spirit and longs for and seeks the truth; only in this way will you benefit. I advise you to tread the path of belief in God with care. Do not jump to conclusions; what is more, do not be casual and thoughtless in your belief in God. You should know that, at the very least, those who believe in God should possess humble and God-fearing hearts. Those who have heard the truth and yet turn their nose up at it are foolish and ignorant. Those who have heard the truth and yet carelessly jump to conclusions or condemn it are beset by arrogance. No one who believes in Jesus is qualified to curse or condemn others. You should all be someone with sense and who accepts the truth.”

 The world is consumed with what offends people, but we should be far more concerned with what offends God. “Am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? … If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.” (Galatians 1:10) Our world is fluent in the language of offense. A phrase can ignite outrage, a disagreement can end a relationship, and a post can turn a moment into a public verdict.
